Karah has been working with individuals and groups, creating space for honest reflection and personal revelation. Her gentle humor and straightforward challenges help leaders uncover what’s moving them forward and what’s holding them back.
Karah earned her Masters in Counseling from Fort Hays State
University and a Doctorate of Management in Organizational
Leadership from the University of Phoenix.
Karah’s career started as a family therapist before moving into
leadership. She was a founder of EQmentor, an online community
for mentoring with emotional intelligence, where she served as
Chief Knowledge Officer, creating training materials and
coordinating certification programs. She has been spending her
time as a facilitator and coach since 2011.
Coach Karah works as a facilitator engaging in mastermind groups,
consulting, leading the Community Leadership Academy sessions
and purpose retreats.
Karah currently lives with her family in the mountains of Colorado.
Prior to living in Colorado, she traveled extensively spending time
in the Carolinas, Germany and Italy before settling in the Vail
Valley. She and her husband, David, have an 12 year old son,
Bennett.
